Work with popups

A popup is a window that is superimposed on the screen to show relevant information on the HMI device. A

project for a PanelView 5310 can contain no more than a total of 100 screens and popups. A

View Designer

project for a PanelView 5510 can contain no more than a total of 500 screens and popups. Projects must have a minimum of one screen.

Use a popup to display relevant information or display a prompt on the HMI device screen. Popups open when an event occurs or you perform an action. One popup can be open on the HMI device screen at a time. The popup must be closed before further interaction with the screen is allowed.
