How do I open Archive Management of Change?
Prerequisites
  • Make sure that you have activated Management of Change after installing
    FactoryTalk AssetCentre
    .
To open Archive Management of Change
  • Select
    Tools > Management of Change Admin
    .
FactoryTalk AssetCentre
 integrates with Management of Change adding a new level of security of to the existing security available for version control and archive of program files and documents. When installing FactoryTalk AssetCentre, you will be assigned as a Management of Change administrator by default. You can change the security settings to implement the Management of Change workflow for a file, binder, or folder. When you start a check-out or check-in workflow for a file, binder, or folder, other users cannot perform the check-out or check-in operation until the workflow is approved or rejected, or the
Unblock Workflow
 command is used. Archive Management of Change is a separately licensed and activated capability within
FactoryTalk AssetCentre
.
