Configure conditions

You must configure conditions for the check-in or check-out workflow. Only after you set the conditions, the request will be sent to the approvers.
To configure conditions
  1. On the
    Change Request Rules
     page, select
    Check Out
     or
    Check In
    .
  2. Select
    Create Rule
    .
    The
    Conditions
    tab opens.
  3. Select
    Add another Condition
    .
  4. In the
    Create a condition for type: Change Request
     dialog, configure
    Attribute
    ,
    Comparator
    , and
    Value
    .
    For example, you can set them as below:
    Attribute
    : Work Order Type
    Comparator
    : equal to
    Value
    : Check Out
    For
    FactoryTalk AssetCentre
     users, only the
    Work Order Type
    attribute and its
    Check Out
    and
    Check In
     values are available.
  5. Select
    OK
    .
  6. (optional) To create more than one condition, select
    Add another Condition
    .
  7. (optional) To create more than one group of conditions, select
    Or add another group of Conditions
    .
  8. Select
    Save
    .
