Configure a local log destination

Use
Destination Setup
 to configure settings for the local log installed on this computer. These options affect the single local log on this computer that any number of
FactoryTalk
 products and services may be using.
In
Diagnostics Configuration
, select the plus (
+
) sign next to
Destination Setup
 in the tree view on the left to display the current
FactoryTalk
 logging destinations.
Local log destination items include:
  • Logging path
  • Maximum log size
  • Log overwrite options
