Change the logging path

Use
Local Log Destination Setup
 to change the logging path for the local log used by
FactoryTalk
 products and services.
To change the logging path
  1. In
    Local Log Destination Setup
    , under
    Logging path
    , view the current folder used to save the local log. Select
    Browse (...)
     to browse for a new folder to contain the local log.
  2. In
    Browse for Folder
    , select the folder and select
    OK
    .
  3. If editing other settings in Diagnostics Setup, select
    Apply
     to save the new local logging path. If finished making changes in
    Diagnostics Configuration
    , select
    OK
     to close the window.
  4. Reboot the computer to begin using the new destination folder for the local log.
