Archive a diagnostic log

Use the
Windows
 Event Viewer
 to manually back up and archive diagnostic data logs.
To archive a diagnostic log
  1. From the
    Windows
     Control Panel, open
    Administrative Tools
    , and then open
    Event Viewer
    .
  2. From the tree pane on the left side of the viewer, expand
    Applications and Services Logs
    , right-click
    FactoryTalk Diagnostics
     and
    select
    Save All Events As
    .
  3. In
    File name
     type a name and then select
    Save
    .
