Recipes

A recipe is a set of numeric and string data values that are associated with a specific set of tags in a graphic display.
In FactoryTalk View SE, you can use recipes with one of the following:
  • The RecipePro+ editor provides advanced recipe management, including create, duplicate, edit, and preview the recipes. By refreshing recipe values, you can view differences between the current tag values and the preset recipe values. You can also use it to export recipes to CSV files or import recipes from CSV files.
  • The Legacy Recipes provide different sets of values for the tags in a graphic display. You can create a recipe with the Recipes editor or any text editor that produces an ASCII text file.
