Filter schedules

When you view schedules, you are viewing All schedules that all FactoryTalk AssetCentre users in your system have created. The list of schedules can become quite long, therefore, it is important to be able to filter schedules to show only those schedules you want to see.
Prerequisites
  • To filter schedules, you must have
    View a schedule
    permission.
To filter scheduled operations
  1. Select
    View > Schedules
    , or click the
    Schedules
    button.
  2. To show the filter row so that you can filter schedules, select
    View > Show Filter Row
, or right-click any schedule row and select
    Show Filter Row
    .
  3. Below the column heading, click alphafilter and select the desired operator.
    TIP:
The alphafilter icon changes depending on the operator selected. You cannot filter on
    Last Time
    ,
    Next Time
    , or
    Completion Email
    List.
  4. Enter the value for the operator in the field, or click the pull-down list and select a value from the list. The values that are in the list are values that exist in the database. There are also two special values that you can use:
    • (Blanks)
      - Shows only those operations for which this field is blank (or not blank, depending on the filter you chose).
    • (NonBlanks)
      -
Shows only those operations for which this field is not blank (or blank, depending on the filter you chose).
You can set filters on multiple columns simultaneously.
  5. To clear the filter entry from a specific column, under the column heading, click clearfilter. The previously filtered schedules reappear.
  6. To clear the filter entries from all columns in the operations, under the left most column of the schedule row, click filterallcolumns. The previously filtered schedules reappear.
