Send an operation-specific report

Send an operation-specific report for more scheduled operation details.
Prerequisites
  • To send schedule results, you must have
    Command a schedule and Edit a schedule
     permissions.
To send an operation-specific report
  1. Select
    View > Schedules
    , or click the
    Schedules
     button.
  2. Select the schedule containing the asset for which you want to send a report.
  3. Select the asset associated with the schedule and complete its email (and other) operation properties. The schedule must be inactive to change the email address, that is, the
    Active
    check box must be cleared.
    TIP:
    Property settings for the scheduled asset affect whether or not the Compare Report is sent when the schedule completes. To send the Compare Report even when no differences are found, set the
    Event Completed
     field under
    Attach report to email
     to
    True
    . To send the Compare Report when differences are found, set the
    Event Compare Differences Detected
     field to
    True
    .
