Refresh logs

You can refresh the shown log with data from the FactoryTalk AssetCentre database. This updates the records in the log with additional events that occurred in your system. Refresh the log if you want to see new records before the log automatically refreshes.
Prerequisites
  • To refresh a log, you must be granted permission to view the desired log. If you had permission to view this log and your permission is revoked by the time you refresh the log, the message
    You do not have permission to view the selected log
     will appear.
To refresh logs
  1. Select
    View > Logs
    , or click the
    Logs
     button.
  2. From the
    View
     menu, select the desired log, or click the button to show the
    Event Log
    ,
    Audit Log
    , or
    Diagnostics & Health Log
    .
  3. To update the log with any additional records, click LogsRefresh.
    TIP:
    You cannot refresh the log records in Quick Search results. To update Quick Search results, perform another Quick Search on a log.
