Change the refresh rate and number of shown records

Set the maximum number of records and refresh rate for shown logs.
Prerequisites
  • To set log options, you must have
    View Event Log
    ,
    View Audit Log
    , or
    View Diagnostics and Health Log
    permissions.
To change log options
  1. Select
    Tools > Options
    .
  2. Under
    Category
    on the left side of the dialog box, select
    Log Viewer
    .
  3. Complete the
    Options dialog box: Log Viewer
    .
  4. Click
    OK
    .
