Find an asset in the asset tree

You can use the Find function to locate an asset in the asset tree.
To find an asset in the asset tree
  1. In the Asset View, select the container in which you want to search or select the root to search the entire tree.
  2. Click Find_button in the Asset View , or select
    Edit > Asset Find
    .
  3. Type all or part of the name of the asset you want to find.
  4. (Optional) Expand the
    Options
     button and select options for the search direction and whether you want to find whole words only.
  5. Click
    Find Next
     to find one instance of the search text in the tree. Click
    Find All
     to get a list of all instances of the search text in the asset tree.
