Archive

FactoryTalk AssetCentre server provides the Archive capability without any additional capability licensing. The Archive provides back-up and version control for any type of computer files, not restricted to Rockwell Automation files. While this functionality is provided through the FactoryTalk AssetCentre server, the FactoryTalk AssetCentre desktop client is used to administer the archive, and the actual files checked into the archive are stored in the MSSQL database.
