Scheduled Search Operation tab

How do I open the Scheduled Search Operation tab?
  1. Select
    View > Searches
    , or click the
    Searches
     button.
  2. Select the scheduled search's row.
Use the
Scheduled Search Operation
 tab to specify email addresses to send the scheduled search results to.
Items on the
Scheduled Search Operation
 tab:
  • Always Send Email Notification
    Configure if the email notification should always be sent when there are no search results.
  • Email Distribution List
    Browse to show contacts in the FactoryTalk AssetCentre Address Book and then modify the list of recipients to receive the scheduled search results via email.
  • Output
    Scheduled search results are generated in .PDF or CSV format.
  • Time Zone
    Select the time zone in which to show dates in the search results. By default this is set to the local time of the computer running the search. This is useful when people viewing the results are in another time zone than the computer running the search.
Use the Scheduled Search Toolbar to organize the fields.
  • SearchesAlpha
    Alphabetized
    Organize the fields and their options in ascending alphabetical order by row.
  • searchescategorizedbutton
    Categorized
    Organize the fields in ascending alphabetical order and place each field's options in a hierarchy. To expand a field's options, click the plus sign in the hierarchy.
