Tabs on the Searches tab's lower pane

These tabs appear only if searches have been created.
  • Source and Display
    View which data source is being searched and determine how search results will be shown. Select the columns of property data to be included in the search results, set the order in which the columns will appear in the search results, and select sorting options for the records matching the criteria. You can specify the style of the search results (tabular or card), limit the number of records returned, and configure the search report orientation (portrait or landscape).
  • Conditions
    Using standard search operators, set new or modify existing search criteria to show records from the data source.
  • Scheduled Search Operation
    Determine the layout, format, and email recipient list for a scheduled search's results. The
    Scheduled Search Operation
     tab appears only if a scheduled search is selected on the
    Searches
    tab.
TIP:
Starting from FactoryTalk AssetCentre version 16.00, previewing the first 10 search results in the preview tab before running a search is no longer supported. You can create scheduled or unscheduled searches to view the results.
