Meanings of the column headings on the Labels tab

The column headings on the
Labels
tab include:
  • Version
    A number assigned to the version of the file or binder. The first version created is numbered 1. Each additional version created by checking in changes to or promoting a file or binder is assigned a sequential number.
  • Time
    The date and time a file or binder was labeled. The date will read
    Yesterday
    ,
    Today
    , or
    Wednesday
    , etc. until seven days have passed. After one week, the date is shown in numeric day/month/year format (for example, 10/23/07).
  • Label
    The label applied to this version of the file or binder.
