Meanings of the column headings on the History tab

The data in the following columns cannot be sorted. Change the width of a column by placing the insertion point between column headings and dragging the cross-bar shape.
  • Version
    A number assigned to the version of the file. Each file version created begins with the number 1. Each additional version, created by checking in changes or promoting a file or binder, is assigned a sequential number.
  • Time
    The date and time an action was performed on the file or binder. The date will read
    Yesterday
    ,
    Today
    , or a specific weekday (like
    Wednesday
    ) until seven days have passed. After one week, the date is shown in numeric month/day/year format (for example, 10/23/2007).
  • Action
    The action performed (created, checked in, checked out, retrieved, pinned, promoted, or labeled).
  • User
    The login ID of the user who performed the action on the file or binder.
  • Comments
    Any optional comments entered by the user who performed the action.
