About file history

In Archive, a history is created for a file or binder any time you perform an action on it (such as creating, checking in, checking out, getting, pinning, promoting, or labeling). This makes it easy to determine what work has been performed on the file or binder and what versions are available. You can choose to show all activities for a file or binder, or only the version-related (such as creating and labeling) activities.
