Move an agent computer

You can move an agent computer from one agent group to another. This action is only available between local groups.
To move an agent computer
  1. If you are not in it, enter Design mode.
  2. On the
    Menu
    bar, click
    View > Agent Groups
     (or click the
    Agent Groups
     button).
  3. In the
    Agent group Creation and Agent Assignment
    pane, drag the agent computer from its current location to the desired agent group.
    TIP:
    • You cannot move the agent computer into an agent group that has an agent computer of the same name.
    • You cannot move an agent computer between the local and remote agent groups.
    • You cannot move a local or remote agent computer to the remote agent group.
