Stop an agent controller's running mode

You can stop an agent controller's running mode using FactoryTalk AssetCentre Agent Controller Launch Control Panel.
To stop an agent controller's running mode
  1. Open the FactoryTalk AssetCentre Agent Controller Launch Control Panel.
    From
    Windows Start
     menu, select
    Rockwell Software
     >
    FactoryTalk AssetCentre Agent Controller Launch Control Panel
    .
    Or
    Navigate to
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockwell Software\AssetCentre Agents\AgentController
    , and double-click
    RA.FTAC.AgentControllerLaunchPanel.exe
    .
    If displayed, click
    Yes
    when the
    User Account Control
    dialog box prompts for Windows users.
  2. In the
    Agent Controller Launch Control Panel
     window, click the
    Stop
    button.
The agent controller stops, and all agent tasks assigned to the agent controller will stop.
If the agent controller you want to stop is running as an application, you can also stop it from Windows notification area.
