Exporting and Importing Text Strings

The user-defined text strings can be exported to one or more tag-delimited Unicode text files, or one Excel spreadsheet (.xls file). You can then import text strings from the file into an application.

A Unicode text file contains the strings for one language from one HMI server project.

An Excel file contains the strings for all languages from all HMI server projects in an application.
