ControlLogix Change Detect Capable Assets

As of v4.10, RSLogix5000 assets have the Change Detect Capable property. This property will determine whether an RSLogix5000 device can be added to a Change Detect scheduled task. The property is read-only, and is automatically set when the device path is set. For any existing assets, or assets that have been upgraded, this property will not automatically update; a new browse is required.
