Meanings of the Schedules tab column headings

The following column headings appear when there are schedules on the
Schedules
tab.
  • Active
Indicates whether the schedule is active. If the box is selected, the schedule is active. For Disaster Recovery schedules this means the schedule will run at the next scheduled time. For Device Monitor schedules this means the schedule is running. If the box is cleared, the schedule is inactive and will run only on demand.
  • Name
The name of the schedule. Schedule names must be unique.
  • Schedule Location
The asset for which the schedule was originally created. This could be a scheduled container that includes other assets or an individual asset for which you are creating a schedule.
  • Operation
The type of operation that is scheduled (for example, Backup or Backup and Compare).
  • Last Time
For Disaster Recovery schedules this shows the last time that the schedule ran. (This field is empty if the schedule has not run previously.)
For Device Monitor schedules this shows the last time that changes were detected. (This field is empty if no changes have yet been detected.)
  • Next Time
For Disaster Recovery schedules this shows the next time that the schedule is going to run. (This field will be empty if the schedule is inactive.)
For Device Monitor schedules this shows
    On Event
. Device Monitor schedules run continuously and a report is generated after changes have stopped occurring for a period of time defined in the
    Timing Properties
    column.
  • Status
For Disaster Recovery schedules this shows the status of the schedule: Disabled, Waiting to Run, or Running.
For Device Monitor schedules this shows the number of ControlLogix processors being monitored and the total number of processors in the schedule. If these numbers are not equal, a ControlLogix processor could be disabled or having communication problems.
  • Completion Email List
For Disaster Recovery this is the list of recipients to whom an End of Schedule report will be sent when the schedule is done running. The End of Schedule report summarizes the operations that were completed during the schedule. You can also send a more detailed operation specific (such as a Backup or Backup and Compare) report through an asset's scheduled operation properties.
For Device Monitor this is the list of recipients to whom a change report will be sent whenever one is generated (determined by the Timing Properties) for any Logix 5000 asset in the schedule.
  • Timing Properties
For Disaster Recovery this shows how often the schedule is set to run.
For Device Monitor this shows the maximum runtime.
To change the timing properties, click in this field and then click the browse button. (The
    Active
check box must be cleared to modify timing properties.)
