File or Folder Properties dialog box

How do I open the Properties dialog box?
  • Enter Design mode then right-click a device in the tree and select
    Properties
    . (If you are not in Design mode, and you have
    Read
     permission, you can view but not edit the properties.)
  • Keyboard shortcut: Select the file or folder and press
    F4
    .
Use the
Properties
dialog box to view or change the description of a file or folder.
In the
Description
field, edit the description of the file or folder. This description will be shown in the
Archive
 tab when the file or folder is selected.
