Add Generic Device dialog box

How do I open the Add Generic Device dialog box?
  1. To enter Design mode if you are not already in it, click design_mode_button.
  2. In the Asset Catalog, expand the
    Organizational Items
     node.
  3. Drag a Generic Device onto the tree in the Asset View.
Use the
Add a Generic Device
 dialog box to add an unsupported device (anything not listed under Device Items in the Asset Catalog) to the asset tree. You can add a generic device in the root or in a container.
The device is added to the asset tree as soon as this dialog box opens. Clicking
Cancel
 in this dialog box abandons any changes made to the device properties, but leaves the device in the tree.
