Items on the Labels tab

Retrieve a read-only copy of the version selected on the

Labels

tab. This places an image of the file or binder into your current working folder, allowing you to use it even if it is checked out by another person.

Mark the version selected on the

Labels

tab as the master. This allows others to get this particular version of the file or binder while you continue editing it. If a pinned version of a file exists, when users get the file, they get the pinned (rather than the most recent) version. A pushpin icon indicates the pinned version of a file or binder.

This button appears only if you select a pinned version on the

Labels

tab. Use this button to remove a pin from a version. Users who get the file will then get the most recent (rather than the previously pinned) version.

Promote the file or binder selected on the

Labels

tab to the most recent version. This stores an old version of the file as the most recent version and is useful when a previous version of a file is now the one you want to use.
