Export FactoryTalk View Site Edition_Backup.apb dialog box

How do I open the Export FactoryTalk View Site Edition_Backup.apb dialog box?
  1. Select
    View > Archive
     or click the
    Archive
    button.
  2. In the asset tree, select a backup file created under FactoryTalk View Site Edition.
  3. In the lower session of the
    Archive
    tab, click the
    History
    tab.
  4. Right-click a version in the history list and then select
    Show in Application Export Window
    .
  5. In the
    Get
    dialog box, select the check boxes as needed and then click
    OK
    .
    TIP:
    Click
    Help
    in the
    Get
    dialog box for detailed instructions.
  6. (Optional) If the backup is configured to be encrypted in the asset's properties dialog box, you are prompted to enter the encryption. Enter the encryption and then click
    Submit
    .
Use the
Export FactoryTalk View Site Edition_Backup.apb
 dialog box to:
  • Select one or multiple areas that you want to export.
  • View and select detailed files included in an HMI server for export.
  • Choose whether the FactoryTalk Directory data is to be exported.
  • Specify the folder where the exported files are saved.
