Check in files or binders automatically

You can set up FactoryTalk AssetCentre to automatically check in files when editing is completed and the file or editing software is closed. For binders, all the files are checked in when the key file is closed or the software for editing the key file is closed. This feature must be set for each file type that you want to check in this way (RSLogix 5 project files, Microsoft Word files, and so on).
Prerequisites
  • To change the settings for automatic check-in, you must have
    Configure Personal Archive File Associations
    permission or
