Address Book toolbar buttons and their meanings
The following table shows the buttons on the Address Book toolbar and their meanings.
Button | Description |
|---|---|
 | Add a new contact or group to the Address Book. Added groups appear under the Address Book tree. Added groups and contacts appear in the right pane of the Address Book. |
 | Remove contacts from just a group, or remove contacts and groups from the entire Address Book. If you remove a group from the Address Book, the group's contacts are not deleted. |
 Properties | Modify a contact or group in the Address Book. |
 | Locate specific contacts or groups in the Address Book to view or modify them. |
