Set up display key animation

Use the
Add Key
dialog box to define a display key.
TIP:
Repeat actions should be commands that change tag values. Actions that require user input or take a long time to run, can have unexpected results.
If a key action is to perform a task such as running a macro, use the press or release action.
To define a display key:
  1. In the
    Graphics
    editor, right-click in a display and then click
    Display Keys
    .
  2. In the
    Display Keys
    dialog box, click
    Add
    .
  3. In the
    Add Key
    dialog box, in the
    Key
    field, click the down arrow to scroll the list and then click a key.
  4. In the
    Modifiers
    box, select the
    Control
    or
    Shift
    check box, or both, to create a key sequence, if required.
  5. In the
    Display Keys
    dialog box specify a label and press, repeat, or release actions, or a combination of actions, for the key.
  6. Click the browse button
    (...)
    beside an action field, to open the
    Command
    wizard and use it to build a command string for the action.
