Automatic Diagnostic Event Summary

Automatic Diagnostic Event Summary object subscribes to and displays diagnostic events collected by Rockwell Automation controllers via Ethernet. It is enabled by the Automatic Diagnostics feature.
Automatic Diagnostics is supported only on
Compact GuardLogix®
5380, CompactLogix
5380, CompactLogix
5480, ControlLogix
5580, GuardLogix
5580 controllers, and ControlLogix
5590 controllers, and the firmware revision must be 33 or later.With the Automatic Diagnostic Event Summary, you can suppress, unsuppress, filter, and sort diagnostic events at runtime. Automatic Diagnostic Event Summary Properties
dialog box:- ToolbarThe toolbar is displayed at the top of the Automatic Diagnostic Event Summary. Use the toolbar to perform operations such as suppress diagnostic events, filter the events displayed, or sort the events. Configurable properties include the toolbar controls at the top of the object, the caption text or tooltip text of toolbar buttons, and the appearance of the text on the display.
- Diagnostic listThe top part of the Automatic Diagnostic Event Summary displays a list of diagnostic events divided into columns. The columns across the top of the list represent data fields on the Automatic Diagnostic Event Summary display and allow the operator to sort the data displayed. Configurable properties include the sorting and resizing runtime behavior, order, width, heading text, or alignment of columns, and the appearance of the text on the display.
- Details paneThe bottom part of the Automatic Diagnostic Event Summary displays information about the event that is selected in the event list. Configurable properties include display of the details pane, the height of the pane, and runtime adjustment behavior.
- Status barThe status bar at the bottom of the Automatic Diagnostic Event Summary shows the status of the connections to alarm and event servers, the total number of events, filter name, and applied sorting option if any is applied to the event list. Configurable properties include the display of the status bar, items shown on the status bar, and the tooltip text of status bar items.
