View alarm faults (Banner)

Use the
Alarm Faults
 dialog box to view the alarm fault list. An alarm fault occurs when there is a problem with an alarm condition. This could be a configuration error, a problem getting the value of an Input Tag or Limit tag, or a problem communicating with a device producing an alarm.
To view alarm faults
  1. On the status bar of the Alarms and Events Banner, either:
    • Double-click the
      Alarm Faults
       panel FTAeStatusPanelAlarmFaults
      or
    • Right-click an alarm and then click
      View Alarm Faults
      .
  2. Click
    the close (
    X
    )
    button
    to close the
    Alarm Faults
    dialog box.
    TIP:
    The
    Alarm Faults
     dialog box does not display faulted alarms that are disabled or suppressed. It only displays the most recent 500 alarm faults.
