Parameters for starting an application

The following table shows the parameters for starting an application.

/a
Use this parameter with the /r parameter to start the runtime application without opening Configuration Mode,
and to show the
Replace Communications
dialog box to provide the options to keep or overwrite the terminal's communication configuration with the application's communication configuration.
The /a parameter overrides the /o parameter if they both present.
/d
Use this parameter with the /r parameter to start the runtime application without opening Configuration Mode,
and to delete the application’s alarm and data log files before running the application.
Data log files are deleted only if you log to the default path.
/o
Use this parameter with the /r parameter to start the runtime application without opening Configuration Mode,
and to replace the terminal's communication configuration with the application's communication configuration.
/r
Use this parameter to start the runtime application without opening Configuration Mode.
You can use the /r parameter alone, or with either or both of /d and /o parameters.
