Delete default extended properties

Delete default extended properties that are no longer needed. Deleting an extended property removes its property name and value.
To delete default extended properties
  1. Select
    Tools > Options
    .
  2. Under
    Category
     on the left side of the dialog box, select
    Extended Properties
    .
  3. To delete a single extended property, click Delete extended properties_single, and then click
    Delete
    .
    To delete all the extended properties, click Delete extended properties_all, and then click
    Delete
    .
  4. When prompted to confirm, click
    Yes
    .
  5. Click
    OK
    .
