About FactoryTalk AssetCentre dialog box

How do I open the FactoryTalk AssetCentre dialog box?
  • Select
    Help > About
     to show this dialog box.
The
FactoryTalk AssetCentre
 dialog box shows contact information for Rockwell Automation, version information, activation information and information on loaded assemblies. Most of this information would be used during troubleshooting with Rockwell Automation Technical Support.
To use the dialog box, select a category in the
Components
 box, then view the information in the
Component details
 box. Click
Copy Info
 to copy the information in the
Component details
box to the clipboard. Each category of information is described in more detail below.
  • Contact Information
    Shows the phone number for technical support in the USA and provides a link to Rockwell Automation Technical Support website. For phone numbers outside the USA, refer to the Support website.
  • FactoryTalk AssetCentre Client Features
    Lists the client components installed on this computer and the version number of each component.
  • FactoryTalk AssetCentre Server Features
    Provides activation information for the FactoryTalk AssetCentre features requiring activation. Click a feature on the left to show activation information on the right.
  • Loaded Assemblies
    Lists the assemblies (program files) that have been loaded into system memory for FactoryTalk AssetCentre, their versions and where they can be found. This information would be used during troubleshooting with Rockwell Automation Technical Support.
