Meanings of the column headings of the Searches tab

Column headings appear only if searches have been created. If columns for existing searches have been hidden, select
View > Columns
 to show them.
  • Filter row
    The
    Searches
    tab shows search definitions created by all FactoryTalk AssetCentre users in your system. The filter row below the column headings allows you to filter searches by column or column entry to show only those search definitions you want to view.
  • Active
    Determines which scheduled searches will run automatically according to their pre-determined schedules. You can run a scheduled or unscheduled search immediately if you select the search row and then click
    Run Now
    .
  • Name
    The name of the search definition.
  • Description
    The description of the search definition. This column is not shown by default. To show this column, right-click any cell below a column heading and select
    Columns > Description
    .
  • Last Time
    The last time the scheduled search ran.
  • Next Time
    The next time a scheduled search will run.
  • Status
    The status of a scheduled search (Waiting To Run, Running, or Stopping).
  • Completion Email List
    The recipients who will receive notification about whether or not the search completed successfully.
  • Timing Properties
    The schedule on which the search will be run.
