Add Mitsubishi Controller (GX Works2) dialog box

  1. To enter Design mode if you are not already in it, click design_mode_button.
  2. In the Asset Catalog, expand the
    Controller Items
     node.
  3. Drag a Mitsubishi Controller (GX Works2) asset onto the tree in the Asset View.
Use the
Add Mitsubishi Controller (GX Works2)
 dialog box to add a Mitsubishi Controller (GX Works2) to the asset tree. You can add a Mitsubishi Controller (GX Works2) in the root or in a container.
The device is added to the asset tree as soon as this dialog box opens. Clicking
Cancel
 in this dialog box abandons any changes made to the device properties, but leaves the device in the tree.
IMPORTANT:
  • Make sure you have installed the Mitsubishi Controller (GX Works2) on the FactoryTalk AssetCentre agent computer.
  • Make sure that the FactoryTalk AssetCentre Agent Controller is running as an application. For more information, see FactoryTalk AssetCentre Agent Controller Launch Control Panel.
  • Make sure you have disabled the FIPS.
