About the History and Labels pane

Archive shows the following tabs of information. Information appears on these tabs only if a file or folder is selected in the asset tree.
  • History
    The
    History
    tab shows a record of activities performed on a file. For example, this tab shows when an asset was created (added to the Asset tree), when a file was checked out, and so on.
  • Labels
    The
    Labels
    tab shows descriptive names given to versions of files. Labels can describe work performed on a file and are recommended at significant milestones in a development cycle. For example, if you check out and modify an .acd file for a controller for a new conveyor in your east plant in January, you could label the .acd file
