Items in Asset Retrieval Options dialog box

(Only available when clicking Asset Inventory asset's backup data)

Select this check box to show Asset Inventory scanning result in grid view. With this check box selected, click the

Get

button to show the scanning result in read-only mode; click the

Check Out

button to show the scanning result in editable mode.

Clear this check box to open the backup file as a normal file.

Click this button to complete the

Get

dialog box and retrieve a read-only copy of the file or binder to the current working folder. This option reduces the chance of accidental changes being made to the master file.

Click this button to complete the

Check Out

dialog box and retrieve a copy of the file or binder to the current working folder on your computer so that you can edit it. Only one user at a time can check out a particular file or binder.

End the operation without retrieving the asset.
