New Group dialog box

How do I open the New Group dialog box?
Do one of the following to open the
New Group
 dialog box:
  • Select
    View
     >
    Address Book
    , click the dropdown arrow after the
    New
     button, and then select
    Group
    .
  • Select
    Tasks
     >
    Add New Address Book Group
    .
Use the
New Group
dialog box to create a group of contacts to receive simultaneous notifications regarding the progress and outcome of FactoryTalk AssetCentre schedules, tasks, and other system-related events.
Groups cannot be imported from another email program. More than one user can create groups simultaneously.
