Items in the New Group dialog box

Items in the dialog box include:
  • Group Name
    The group's name. The name entered here must be unique; it cannot be the same as any other group or contact name. The name entered appears in the group's information on the
    Address Book
     tab. The group name also appears as the dialog box name when the name is entered.
  • Group Members
    The contacts currently included in the group.
    - Select Members
    Add contacts or groups to the group.
    - Remove
    Delete the selected contact or group from the group.
  • Notes
    Add any information regarding the group.
