Set up general characteristics for a Button
In the General tab of the Properties dialog box, specify general characteristics for the button including style, index number, and whether or not the cursor is captured when the button is pressed.
TIP:
To change the shape of a button, select it, choose polygon under the
Objects
menu, and move the vertices as you would any other polygon shape.To set up the general characteristics of a Button:
- In theButton Propertiesdialog box, in theGeneraltab, fill in the fields to describe the button's style and general runtime behavior.TIP:Highlight and shadow bevel colors use the current system settings.Button face and text colors can be changed in theUpandDown Appearancetabs, or by selecting the button and then clicking a color in theBackground Colortoolbar to change the face, orForeground Colortoolbar to change the text.
