Set up width animation

Use the
Width
tab to set up the width animation for an object.
If a group object and the objects within a group object have width animation set up, animation results for the individual objects and the group are combined. Be sure to test group animation to ensure that it produces the effect you intend.
To set up width animation:
  1. In the
    Width
     tab, in the
    Expression
     field, type a tag name or an expression that will return numeric values at runtime. You can also click
    Tag
     to browse for a tag, or click
    Expression
     to open the
    Expression Editor
     to create one.
  2. Specify the fields of
    Expression Range
    ,
    Horizontal change (Percent)
    , and
    Anchor
    , as described in the options below.
    TIP:
    You can also use the Object Smart Path feature to set these values.
