Restore an HMI server to a new computer
Use the HMI Server Backup and Restore utility to restore an HMI server to a new computer using the backup files created with this utility.
Before you begin:
- Ensure that the *.sed file for the HMI server project you want to restore is located in a folder with the same name. By default, the location of this folder is C:\Users\Public\Documents\RSView Enterprise\SE\HMI projects. For example, the files belonging to an HMI server named Packaging would be stored in: ...\RSView Enterprise\SE\HMI projects\Packaging.
