Use the Instructions view
The Instructions view displays an ordered list of control steps based on the selected filter. You can enter parameter data, respond to prompts, and enter step verification information from the Instructions view. The Instructions view provides a list of control steps as they relate to a particular location in your facility, such as the entire area, process cell or unit (See the for more information on creating control steps or instructions.) You can also change the filter to show only those control steps in a particular batch. The Instructions view displays three types of control steps: current, future and past.
