 runtime operation.
To use
FactoryTalk Diagnostics Counter Monitor
 to troubleshoot
FactoryTalk Linx Gateway
:
  1. Start
    FactoryTalk Linx Gateway
     using either method:
    • Select
      Start > All Programs > Rockwell Software >
      FactoryTalk Linx Gateway
       >
      FactoryTalk Linx Gateway
       Configuration
      .
    • From the
      FactoryTalk Administration Console
       menu, select FactoryTalk Linx Gateway Configuration icon.
  2. Start
    FactoryTalk Diagnostics Counter Monitor
     by selecting
    Start > All Programs > Rockwell Software >
    FactoryTalk
     Tools >
    FactoryTalk Diagnostics Counter Monitor
    .
  3. In
    FactoryTalk Diagnostics Counter Monitor
    Navigator
    , select
    FactoryTalk Linx Gateway
    .
  4. In
    Viewer
    , click
    FactoryTalk Diagnostics
     Messages
     to view the messages in detail.
    TIP:
    See the Count Against Activation attribute to determine the number of items currently counted against the activation level and see Count Against Activation Peak attribute to see the maximum level reached since the last time the
    FactoryTalk Linx Gateway
     was restarted.
