FactoryTalk Linx Gateway Help

FactoryTalk® Linx™ Gateway

enables third-party software to access control system information using OPC Unified Architecture (UA), Classic Data Access (DA), Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT), Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE), Excel Real-time Data (RTD), Remote Proxy Service, and Application Programming Interface (API) interfaces. It allows clients to connect to and access tag data from FactoryTalk applications or FactoryTalk Linx Gateway standalone data service. FactoryTalk Linx Gateway also provides a Remote Proxy service to enable FactoryTalk Linx on other computers to share the FactoryTalk Linx service on the FactoryTalk Linx Gateway computer to interface with an automation network.
