To view a snapshot file in
FactoryTalk Diagnostics Counter Monitor
:
  • In the
    Command Prompt
    window, type the command and press
    Enter
    :
    FTCountermonitor.exe /helper:ftdc.diagsnapshot "[xmlfilepath]"
    [xmlfilepath]
    is the complete file path of the existing snapshot file, including the file name. For example:
    FTCountermonitor.exe /helper:ftdc.diagsnapshot "D:\Rockwell Software\FTDiagData.xml"
The snapshot file shows in a new
FactoryTalk Diagnostics Counter Monitor
 dialog box in a few seconds.
