Add a workstation

You may need to add a work station to
FactoryTalk Diagnostics Counter Monitor
.
To add a workstation to
FactoryTalk Diagnostics Counter Monitor
:
  1. Right-click the root in the
    Navigator area
     and select
    Add Workstation.
     The
    Enter Workstation IP Address/Hostname
     dialog box opens.
  2. Enter the hostname or the device name of the target workstation, and click
    OK
    .
Alternately, you can add a workstation by clicking the root in the
Navigator area
and:
  • Click DiagnosticsCounterMonitor Linked Icons PNG File Template, or
  • From the
    Menu
     bar, select
    Edit > Navigator View > Add Workstation.
    TIP:
    The default workstation is
    localhost
    .
