Log off of FactoryTalk

To log off the current
FactoryTalk Directory
 on the current computer, use the
Log On to FactoryTalk
 tool. Use this tool to log off the current user account and switch to a different user account.
TIP:
If single sign on is enabled, logging off from
FactoryTalk Administration Console
 or from another
FactoryTalk
 product does not log off from
FactoryTalk
. To log off from FactoryTalk, either run
Log On to FactoryTalk
 or log off Windows.
To log off of
FactoryTalk
  1. Double-click the
    FactoryTalk Directory
    icon in the notification area of
    Windows
     taskbar. Alternatively, go to
    Rockwell Software >
    Log On to FactoryTalk
    .
  2. In
    Log On to FactoryTalk
    , in
    Directory
    , select the directory (
    Network
     or
    Local
    ) to log off from, and select
    Log Off
    . Select
    OK
     to confirm the log off.
  3. (optional) To log off the other directory, select it in
    Directory
    , and select
    Log Off
    .
  4. Select
    Close
    .
